A more accurate line would read:
A computer can never be held accountable. Therefore accountability follows inheritance rules, belonging with whoever delegated the computer authority over the decision.
It’s like guns. The shooter maintains responsibility for the bullet, even though they only pulled the trigger.

Good for security. What does this mean for quantum computing, though? Does this mean that it’s not as powerful as we thought it would have been?
Can you name a moment in time when regular people did stand in solidarity and revolt against something that wasn’t already at the point of causing them grave, direct, unavoidable, and consistent harm?
