it’s just not done yet because people are thinking that there might be another use case for nuclear waste in the future.
Remind me again, it slipped my mind: How many of those holes are globally completed and in operation legally, explicitly rated for high-level radioactive waste and NOT explicitly labeled as an intermediate solution?
