Résumés are the complete opposite of a standardized format.
The funny things is that the non seeking websites don’t want to implement this, because it could help their competitors, so we have what we have.
I think the most likely way such standardization would happen if somebody would develop an open source format available free to use without any royalties and people would adopt it. Something like a QR code that would contain the details on some markup language. I think XML is better, but seems like JSON is more popular now.
And also for flats. The portals themselves do have a standard to get that info (OpenImmo, HR Open Standards), but since the portals prefer lock-in, the userside is stuck with custom applications.
