    There isn’t. But monitors are set at default to 60Hz. You have to go into the settings and change it yourself. Then games might not support that refresh rate. But setting the games refresh rate to unlimited, and capping it at your monitors Hz with software, is the simplest solution. You can set fps caps with Nvidia software, I don’t know about AMD.
