These are Frank Silva and Sheryl Lee, who played characters in the classic series Twin Peaks.

The series revolves around the unexplained death of Laura Palmer (Sheryl Lee). Eventually, it is revealed… I don’t remember exactly, the whole thing is a bit weird (in a good way), but there was something about some alternate plane where this guy is an evil supernatural being of some kind, and he caused Laura’s death in some way.
One of my all time favorite series (didn’t watch the “new” episodes though). If you don’t know it, just watch the into and if that gives you feelings, watch the whole thing.
I swear, drop everything you’re doing and watch the return series. It cemented twin peaks as maybe my favorite tv show.

I had to do a reverse image search myself, but I have an answer: Laura Palmer and Bob from “Twin Peaks” (or rather their actors).
I think the woman is the actress Sheryl Lee.
