TBF the OP is not dated. Nevertheless, how does it work? Once they surge the price, one drunk guy will probably just accept it, mindlessly, while a more sober foe will probably tap FUCK NO, and try again. Maybe that’s the algorithm, the good old capitalist pig algorithm.
In the region I am talking about all major taxi apps are doing this. Except one but it has a basically nonexistent reputation.
