Cheap beef is over for the foreseeable future unless government policy goes pro-beef again. Trump supposed reversed Biden’s anti-cattle policies, but even if that’s true you won’t see an impact for years.
I glanced at a porterhouse for sale at my local grocery a few weeks ago. $54. The fuck? I’d balk at paying that much at a steakhouse, cooked and with sides and a couple of beers.
