Would this be worse for blood sugar spikes or is the small gap in between negligible

    I’m inclined to say yes. Separating the types of stuff which needs to be digested makes it easier to produce the required acid. This reduces the chances of developing digestive issues. Theoretically.

    • at least when it comes to meat and fibers i’ve read (16? years ago) that ‘dilluting’ the meat with fibers might be the reason why some cancertypes are rarer with a fiber-rich diet. so seperating them by lunch and dinner would be bad.

        More recently I’ve been told it might be better to avoid eating meat or proteins in general for evening meals. Having to digest it through the night might also influence cancer chances due to the stress.
