I think we must have had very different experiences in life. I think the only fetish I ever hear about in the news in a ‘bad way’ is feet.
In the past two or three decades, I want to say there have been at least one or two stories per year about some cop in the area letting people off of tickets if they’ll let the officer lick their feet.
