Looks like a great parabolic antenna to concentrate the beams in the center of your brain.
There was a study a long time back (maybe at MIT) that tested tinfoil hats and various signals. The signal strength was intensified by the hat.

You can buy signal blocking fabric that works way better. I bought some to make those pouches for phones so they can’t be tracked.
Basically faraday cage fabric. Just make sure it covers all sides or it’s not going to work.
