I didn’t learn this until my late 20s and that was really too late. It’s weird once you realize you haven’t been yourself for years, and when you start to try to be, it’s like meeting a long lost friend again.
Thats basically what the 20s are for everybody. You try to be anything but yourself and then you grow out of it and spend your 30s cringing at 20s-you.
