Or maybe google reads it as a verb + noun, since “slutt” means “stop” or “end” and assumes that “end” means “graduate” in this context. Anyways I don’t think it makes sense as a description for a person.

But you are free to call yourself a “fagperson”. This is a very common phrase to describe a person with education.
