I played the hell out of Enemy Territory the first couple years after it went free to play. Looks like it’s still playable on Steam. I’m going to install it, though I fear there may not be many active servers.
I never got on with ET so stopped playing not long after. I used to use GameSpy for seeking out servers. The welcome voice “Welcome to GameSpy” is still engrained in my memory.
