Arguably the reason Germany lost was that it had too many enemies simultaniously not that its military leadership was bad. In fact quute a few Generals and Admirals of Nazi-Germany were outright geniuses. But even with the best leadership you can’t win a war that is simply overwhelming. Also the political decisions to make enemies left right and center is what got Germany in that position. Quute similarily to what is happening in the USA right now.
