Mary Poppins: Year 1

It follows a young Mary during the middle ages in a period known only as “The Anarchy”, right as her powers begin to manifest in chaotic and malevolent ways. Caught in a battle for crown supremacy, she empowers the wrong people^[1] and plunges the British isles into a dark age of despair and bloodshed fueled by her own internal hatred and injustice at the world.

Taking place in snapshots of her adult life, we follow her as she clashes with other forces over next millennia, who slowly shape her through the power of cosmic melodies to steer her outlook into a beacon of kindness that she uses to undo the wrongs to the descendants of the people she once sought retribution against.
