honestly, if it wasnt for lemmy i would have no idea the guy was racist. i just hear “ruby on rails creator has new distro thats easy to use”.

I think after initial hyprland success showing what’s possible, more similar window managers and desktop environments cropped up and that is the real benefit for all of us and that happened without omarchy. I’m currently on mangowc + DMS and I think it’s better than hyprland.
