I read your comment while eating a stew with sausages in it. Okay. You’re right. Boiled meat can be nice under certain circumstances, which reminds me of Fondue Chinoise, where you basically boil your raw meat in hot broth.

What I had in mind: cooking chicken in plain water for 30minutes.
