Hating them is a meme I guess. I don’t mind them.
I think the whole hating on Nickelback started with people who thought Nickelback was the best band in the world. They’re like the most average band in the world. They’re not bad, but they aren’t particularly good either.
I agree. They have some solid songs, especially the ones with lyrics dealing with more serious subject matter. But they’re just not amazing either.
They had a good song recently “she keeps me up”.
There’s nothing of theirs that I like and I think they’re mediocre at best, but I agree. The amount of hate is totally unjustified.
