Can you provide any citation that a company can’t fire you if you have a medical card? AFAIK that’s not true. As I understand it, It’s still illegal under federal law, and there is no concept of marijuana as medicine in federal law.
Citation added. To be honest I was repeating what was told to me. I looked into it more and it seems that it depends on what state in the US you are in, not all states will protect you. Appreciate you questioning me, I learned something.
