Have we really become so lazy that we don’t even want to learn a minimum of a programming language

It’s worse than that. I’ve seen people who used to be good programmers, writing complicated FPGA data processing applications, reduced to barely being able to read simple python scripts and making extremely beginner mistakes when they ever have to change a line of code themselves.
