Totally understandable if you’re puzzled on where to start with them, but fortunately, they were popularized in the US by a single person (Pavel Tsatsouline) who’s made a full career out of beginner-friendly instructionals. I recommend this as a starting point, but Enter the Kettlebell is also a great option:
