I really can’t stand the “Not now”, where “services” (including Google’s backup service) prey on the user accidentally agreeing one day.
I keep getting them on my tv asking permission to show me ads. “not now” buttons deserve to be outlawed by the EU. If they can expect me to turn it off in case I change my mind, I can be expected to turn it on in the same way. Not by hoping someone in my household accidentally click “Oh yes, please bombard me with capitalist bullshit, PLEASE!”
I’m jaded enough to expect that the “not now” or “no” button is secretly a “yes but make it look like the option is declined” button.
