I don’t know much about DnD but i don’t think OP necessarily has any hangups or it can be certain they’re homophobic. They created a world with a history and problems and conflict just like any realistic one would have.

If they created a world where the neighboring country has a vast army, because its mostly made of slaves, that doesn’t mean they’re pro-slavery. It means they’re world building.
