Great premise, tons of wasted potential. The world building was not very thought out, and could have been explored in much more interesting ways.

Popcorn flick, not the worst thing ever but goddamn the choice to focus on a family rather than a large group or society as a whole really was a missed opportunity to explore a cool idea.
