Just look inside deeper, how a lot of the electricity is made, and you’ll find your steam.

maybe you could even do this recursively and use the heat of the processor to drive a steam engine to produce electricity? that you then use to run the processor
I don’t think you want to run your processors so hot that you get steam. You’d need some kind of heat exchanger/heat pump in between.
