Right now we’ve got an issue that some sects don’t vaccinate their kids, so there’s a substantial measles outbreak in PA.

Unfortunately, these folks also run farmers markets in PA and MD, so they can be a vector for spreading measles. Personally, I think not vaccinating your kids is child abuse, but hey, “religious freedumb” and all that.
