Hectograms would’ve worked fine though. Admittedly 480 hg is pretty much starvation for a regular sized man, but more attainable than 480 kg.
if you are a bit above 400 pounds you may want to push a bit to reach 480. If you are 200kg, adding 280kg for the joke would seem to hard… and so the cycle would not start.
