Any comfort western countries have is thanks to slaves in third world countries, now western countries see the capitalism consequences. But people have to take accountability for their decisions, id you drive a car you pollute, if you smoke you pollute and worsen your health, everything has a price, just because you can’t see it or it doesn’t mean it’s not there.
That’s a lot of words to say exactly what I was already saying: That the problem is capitalism.
Yes, I understand that there is no ethical consumption under capitalism. We’re still trapped in a capitalist society, so what do you want people to do? Just stop functioning entirely?
