Told a guy they aren’t owed arguments. Whether they start them or someone responds to something. We have discretion to just not, especially online. Now he’s sea lioning me to try and provoke a response.

Maybe not one thing in particular but learning to keep rice, beans, cream of mushroom/chicken soup, and various seasonings on hand. That’s a strong foundation to just make something decent to good.
As well onion, celery, and green pepper goes a long way to making many dishes.

Make your politicians stay up at night thinking about you.

This, they don’t see you and me as people. We’re lucky to be considered cattle in their views.

Unless something has changed in the past decade, you can still make payments to your loans, you just defer the requirement to do so until 6 months after graduation.
As someone else here said, if you would pay money to a loan while in college, it’d be better to put into a high yield account of some sort to hold onto until after college. From there I would get advice from a finance counselor on what to do with that money, whether save for longer or start it into payments.

The thoughts and trauma also don’t just go away, they fade like old scars but sometimes your finger runs over it and you remember how you got it. It leaves you harmed in such a way you now don’t fit in exactly well, if you even did to begin with. Some find solace in pure solitude, others through substances. Neither of those situations is healthy. It’s hard to take the bowl they purposely broke that is you, and glue it back together to continue holding water. It leans, constantly, and no amount of patching fixes it fully or forever.
Why is this relevant? Anon may be such an individual that the idea of even doing something to improve their quality of life seems insurmountable due to depression and trauma. Can’t say for certain, but it was not a single instance.

When I talk about particle board it’s much more of the sawdust glued together stuff that’s super cheap but doesn’t last too long.
I wish you great luck in your endeavors with wood working. It sounds like a lot of learning but is a very functional skill to have.

I would have loved to do that but we were so poor food was a problem to manage. Some strong, sturdy furniture made out of solid wood, not particle board wrapped in plastic.

Happy Cakeday.
It seated 8 comfortably, maybe up to 12 if you crowded a bit. It was SOLID and I regret that it probably ended up in a landfill.

I don’t have the room for half of the furniture my mother tried to give me. She wanted me to take an old dining table that’s the size of my current living room.

We thought all the game companies in the past were great because we weren’t as in tune to what were bad practices, skullduggery, and just generally shitty behavior. Bethesda has always released bug riddled messes of games, just that community modding and the time frame they came out there weren’t many like that. Companies have always wanted to make money and did whatever they could to get it.

Pay off my car payment, part of my credit card debt, save the rest. That’d free up over $600 a month I could then save up further or pay down more debt.

That shows that we don’t need more surveillance of the general population, just of cops and those that hold office.

Crime is declining in general, and would decline further if the money going towards mass surveillance went toward social security nets and such.

I’ve not stopped but heavily worked to cut fast food out of my daily meal plan. The cost of most burgers out there I can buy buns, ingredients, and meat to cook myself to how I like it. It’ll be juicier, thicker, and tastier as well.

Clutch them pearls harder. The reactionaries have been celebrating the death of LGBT+ folks for decades, were cheering at the assassination of Minnesota law makers, and other much more reprehensible things than us saying a bad guy got what he deserved and worked for.
Stop with the notion that a dead person is suddenly sacred, they’re not.
Public School, I was always an awkward kid who did well with most subjects so I had a lot made me front and center for endless harassment. I could just be eating by myself, away from everyone else, and people would purposely come my way to just pick on. It wasn’t just pecking order kids being kids, this was actual malice. Needless to say I survived but I’m a broken person because of that and forgiveness is hard to get from me for real transgressions.
