I’m pretty sure the anachronisms in a knights tale are deliberate to give modern audiences more appreciation for the feel of things for the locals of that time period. Great movie. Always forget it’s really long though.

Well shit, I was playing dying light 2 yesterday. It’s mildly better than the other game I’ve been playing Pathogenic which is a rogue lite where you play a pathogen trying to kill the scientist who made you in a lab.
Think I’m pretty screwed either way to be honest. At least I’m dying light 2 I get to be human and do parkour so that’s cool.
I enjoy both. I switch between fiction/fantasy heavy and science heavy. Sometimes I’ll do a run or a series of one and get a hankering for the other. Usually I prefer my sci-fi more science than fiction. I love the expanse and the martian for example. But I also enjoy the culture and the Polity books which are more fiction than hard sci-fi.
