19 days agoGreat book by a Swede… The 100 year Old Man who Climbed Out A Window and Disappeared by Jonas Jonasson. Surprisingly good and funny. Light hearted. If you like books about people being on the road. Good stuff.
Trainspotting (although i loved it when i was younger) is a bit grim.
Have you ever heard of “McAuslan in the Rough” by George Macdonald Frasier. Very fun, light hearted, but heartfelt, well written and more Scottish than a dram of the wee creature.
And yer no foolin’ we the Haggis, tatties and neeps.
