Depends probably on your location. In a lot of countries (for example Germany) you are obligated to give first aid (independent of yourknowledge) . You can even be sued for not helping in an emergency.

In of most countries there are „Good Samaritan Laws“ that protect the people giving first aid!

And btw how often do they come by accidents? Here in Germany haven’t seen one in years
