A microscopic megastructure would be just a structure. I would argue that electronics are more like milliscopic decastructures. Or CPU-level stuff could arguably be nanoscopic kilostructures.
How about fossil? I mean fossils are inherently cool to some degree, but we can all agree that this is a fossil of something really uncool that deserves to be forgotten.
