It’s an outrageously optimistic hope of mine that there will be any students around to study history

Oof condolences on the time there. The first time I ever heard of Dublin was when I first drove down from north Georgia on spring break, because I’m old my dad was giving me hand written directions, and he specifically told me to not stop in Dublin for gas or food. At one point I believe it was one of the meth capitals of the South
I’m from GA, currently in WA, I’d say the same to every single Washingtonian
The entire city of Atlanta just marked you as an enemy
Goddamn it I didn’t even then about that
He’s probably the closest thing to a Bond style supervillain that exist, if alchemy were real he would be trying to create a global transmutation circle to sacrifice humanity and gain immortality

Exactly, Stanley did a lot of things, good and bad. But he wasn’t gonna half ass it that’s for fucking sure

If Kubrick had filmed a fake moon landing the conspiracy wouldn’t exist. The nimrods that believe that shit couldn’t begin to fathom how much of an insane perfectionist he was, he’d have created his own moon
Good for them and their presentation! It’s not all the same for everyone
For me it’s autism, I hate that I’m a picky eater, but I also know that I will visibly wretch from so many textures. I can’t control it and have tried very hard to overcome it.
Legitimately it really sucks because most people just think it’s closed minded immaturity or something. It’s not a choice
John Daly just hasn’t been sober in 40 years and now his body processes alcohol faster than any blood test or breathalyzer to reliably detect.
Of all the places “AI” absolutely does not belong, in the hands of university students and professors has to be close to the top of the list. What would a place that is supposed to be a center of human learning and founding critical thinking skills need with a product explicitly advertising itself as a shortcut to doing the work and “thinking critically” for you?
Butlerian jihad now please
