The nasal strips have been a slight improvement, but I’d still much rather have the surgery. Finding proper pillows seems impossible though! One is never enough, and two is awkward and uncomfortable. Right now I’m using some pillows we originally got for the couch and those have been fine.

I thought I had sleep apnea for sure, so I went in and I had a couple sleep studies done. Negative for sleep apnea and other sleep disorders, so they ordered an arterial blood gas. All my levels came back perfect, so they referred me to an ENT because they did catch a lot of snoring. Five minutes with the ENT and they saw I have a badly deviated septum that pretty much keeps me from breathing through my right nostril. So now I’m on a trial of breathing strips at night to see if surgery will be a good option.

Spider-Man: Miles Morales. I keep playing super-long JRPGs back to back and I wanted a nice fun palate cleanser before starting the next one. And there was a sale to go along with the release of Brand New Day.
