Yeah I did a similar thing - cooking a dish from every country in the world. Think I got to 30 countries or something and then I got distracted with other projects. Also struggled because the list I made had some nations without inhabitants.
Anyways! For Denmark, I’d recommend
- “Ris A La mande” which has that name to sound French, but has nothing to do with France
- Tina Dickow - count to ten (listened to this a lot back in high school and learned to play some of the tracks on piano)
- as for books, I’m not sure.
