If my opinion is “X is good and you have to like it”, then it’s very reasonable for you to argue. If my opinion is “I like X”, then not so much.

I don’t think this is very related to phantasia… With a book you can stop and think about things (imaginatively or critically). With video your entire attention is captured and it’s quite difficult to step away from the narrative being presented. In my experience audio is somewhere in between, and I’m able to zone out on my own tangent sometimes (but this is annoying, because I miss things)

Interesting policy… I suspect it falls apart in the details though. Like, there are plenty of creative elements in responding to questions (and any of the other categories). That mean there will be lots of weird edge cases that are hard to adjudicate. And those GenAI components of “non-creative” categories will have ripple effects into the broader project and community (as they are everywhere, so maybe not that important for a.policy to grapple with, IDK).
