This is the homebrewing machine I use for beer making: https://morebeer.com/products/brewzilla-grain-brewing-system-gen-41-integrated-pump-includes-wort-chiller-wifi-bluetooth-rapt-65l-171g-220v?_pos=2&_psq=brewzilla&_psid=a03555714&_ss=e
Though I use the 240V version. A 24L extension increases it to ~90L
It has a circulating pump that moves hot water from the bottom near the elements to the top which is useful in beer making.
The next size up is 100L with the same features, but it isn’t listed on the American supplier’s store: https://kegland.com.au/products/brewzilla-100l-gen-4?_pos=5&_psq=Brewzilla&_psid=6c42baf96&_ss=e
Both of these have parts available to turn them into stills.
These are PID temperature controlled, so could be used to sous vide an entire sheep
The type of steel is 304 stainless steel, it’s what all shiny pots are made of. I don’t think a blacksmith is the right person though
Also though you could get one custom built it’ll be more expensive than a mass market one
