Honestly, I can’t wait for some cheap android clones to come out that I can run home assistant dashboards on. It’ll be sick when it doesn’t rely on big tech.
I’ve slowly but surely added more and more. I don’t know when all those crazy cheap tablets that were everywhere in the early 2010s disappeared but I’d like about 5 now. Don’t even care about the spyware they’ll never see the internet.
(Without knowing what you are looking for exactly) Aren’t there hacks for some of the echos? There used to be for sure, you need an older one though afaik. It not being apple should also make it way cheaper already
There’s already so many dashboard devices that supports hass or just repurpose old android phones or tablets by removing the battery if available. Anything specific you are waiting/looking for?
Oh I have many cheap tablets, but the formfactor of this is cool.
