I play simracing games in VR and lock my frame-rate to 90 to match the Quest 2, or 60 if I’m playing on my 15 year old Samsung TV. I feel no input lag though my force feedback wheel.
That’s because you will notice the inout lag only if you play any competitive game, for everthing else it’s not noticeable
