I don’t know what it’s called in English, but it’s amazing. I shave with this everywhere except downstairs. I need apply NO pressure whatsoever thanks to its own weight and thanks to the sharpness of these Japanese blades. I love it. :3 ⚔️🎌

We should seriously consider starting a propaganda campaign for safety razor adoption over the multi blade money plucking machine.
They’re:
- waaaaay more environmentally friendly
- no plastic
- will probably outlast YOU
- will save a crazy crazy amount of money over your lifetime
- give you a better shave? This is what I’ve heard, but have never tried the scam razors myself, so no personal experience

I think yours is a Merkur 510c double edge safety raxor, not a model I’ve used but Merkur’s are awesome and I think I have DE Merkur head somewhere.
As a woman with ADHD I found I did not have the patience for a double edged safety razor. I still had a 100 pack of blades though. Kept seeing ads for the leaf razor and I’m like who the fuck is gonna spend $100 on that?
Me. I did. And I fucking love it because I can use all those blades in it and I don’t have to slow down or use special shave soap. Also when I’m ADHD and forget to shave for idk… A month lmao, I can just use that and the space between the blades is big enough all the hair doesn’t get stuck.
I think a DE razor is a great idea for the record. I have 2 men’s and a vintage Lady Gillette. I’m just impatient as fuck lol.
I bought a Leaf classic about two months ago. I love it.
Yeah I was traveling a fair amount last year (by car) so I ended up with a second for travel. It’s great.
