Also not a doctor, but I remember reading, that those practices have paralyzed people - and I can believe that. Definitely not good.
The neck stuff they do increases risk of stroke. The whole chiropractic practice isn’t backed by medical research.
There’s a good way of doing this and is by hand and applying uniform pressure to help people with contractures stretch.
None of that sudden intense pull where anything can go wrong.
