    What country are you posting from where your sleeping area has mosquitos in it?

    Cause I live in the part of Ontario that’s basically a rainforest right now, the mosquitos are so bad I can’t go outside, but inside there are zero. In part due to helpful spiders.

      I think “A good night of sleep” = enough time (whole night) to sleep, regardless the quality. In some case it makes sense because it could be hard to control your sleep quality. Going to bed early is controllable enough.

      WIndow screens and a mosquito net over the bed. The one mosquite that is in the house can’t buzz around my head either.
