You’re right, it must be a cat doing this. I’ve seen many cats using spray foam to vandalize things recently, and the ones that have been kept in bags are especially bad.
I their system can’t even catch this, it seems a bit useless.

They are literally filled with gold. Every single one is good for at least $30,000 of salvage metal and gold
How would a Flock camera ID them, its only supposed to be able to read a license plate, right?!

They’re assuming someone sprayed them. Without seeing anyone doing it. Maybe this foam just happened.
Maybe it was aliens. Or bigfoot.
Who knows…
It’s expanding foam. It only knows growth. It will seek to spread its borders in pursuit of some idealized pseudo-history idealized from stories the foam heard growing up. And Flock has no flags so it’s free real estate.

The whole town was my place for poker night at the time that happened. Must have been someone else.
Yeah I was at his place for it and saw the entire town as well. Also we had a no pictures or GPS devices rule in place.
