    Creating a list makes a lot of sense – the reasons for this include:

    1. Short sentences are easier to read
    2. It allows ideas to be ordered
    3. The stupid humans don’t read past the second item so we can communicate our plot to destroy them all here

      I’d like a three point list about the reasons mistaking the use of tricolon, juxtaposition and dashes for slop indicators is not just stupid, but unfair to people – like myself – who’ve grown up learning the same writing style that is now being demonized.
