Economic policies and corruption have caused lots of people to die in lots of places.
Spewing hate at other people online will never make the world a better place. There’s more than enough of it already.
Instead of rabidly hating each other if someone doesn’t use the words you like, why not all try to be better and do better.
How dare you acknowledge the victims of [favoured ideology]! Everyone knows [favoured ideology] is perfect, and everything wrong with the world is because of those filthy [opposing ideology] zealots!
It seems as stupid as the focus on immigrants and skin color. It doesn’t really matter what the people in power are calling their economic policy if they’re using it to fuck everyone else to death.
Just another thing for people to feel like their petty bickering over is righteous and somehow going to make the world better while the world keeps getting decidedly not better.
