The land was bulldozed, turned into a gravel lot and used as a construction depot. CAH sued, and just before trial SpaceX offered them a settlement which they accepted. The exact details were confidential, but the land was finally vacated by the trespassers, and a local landscaping company removed the literal tons of gravel that had been compacted into the soil and restored it to a natural looking state.
Since they settled out of court, the case was dropped and the court didn’t say anything.
They aren’t just getting away with it, it’s literally required. Under FDA rules, if there are less than 5 dietary calories in a serving, the label must round down to 0, which, yes, is super misleading. Murica!
