Best part is even when you do a major version update, Debian still doesn’t break your shit. At least it never has with me. Can’t say the same for most other ditros I’ve tried.

There’s a billion games like this, it isn’t even niche anymore. That basically describes hollow knight and a bunch of similar games.
It’s actually annoying how many new games insist on being edgelord-level difficulty because of DS. Silksong made me hate its guts after that mountain section. I’ll never buy another one of their games again because of it
Same with ER for that matter, it’s a game I’d enjoy if it didn’t force me to fight bosses like 50 times in a row. And no, I don’t want to get git gud. Too old for that shit now.

They could still get sponsors and have “ads” during the stream. Though most already do that in addition to YouTube monetization.

I tried to use it a few times but it’s truly god awful. Both performance-wise and in terms of discoverability.
Nebula is pretty legit but you won’t be able to find everything you want to watch there.
And this isn’t even what an energy vampire is.
An energy vampire would hang out in his neighbor’s driveway completely uninvited while the neighbor works on his car and drone on and on about his 95 Festiva and what a great car it was and all the criticism it gets is wrong etc

Are you joking? Are we pretending we can’t tell when a game is shovelware and valve can’t moderate their own platform? They just don’t care.
I swear people will defend steam no matter what.

The US has the largest prison population on the planet but China is the one stepping on people’s rights?
I get that the CCP sucks ass but come on. As far as I’m concerned YouTube needs a serious competitor, it’s not like I’m moving to Shenzhen or something. YouTube is a complete and utter shithole.

There’s a difference between a quality indie game and shovelware.

If steam were doing a “really good job,” none of that garbage would be on the store in the first place.

I work for one of the companies you mentioned and we are absolutely not hiring devs.

I would love to see OpenAI employees get arrested and then watch all their precious assets get seized. Especially because most of them sound like greedy fucks. They supported Altman over the open source science people because Altman was the guy with money bags. We need to start punishing harmful selfish behavior instead of constantly rewarding it.

Yeah I’m very skeptical of that comment. Most people have zero critical thinking skills and the youngest generation are the worst of them all so far.

I don’t know a single young person who actually cares about Internet privacy. The vast majority of them are on social media all the time.
Did you actually live in the gdr or are you just a tankie lecturing someone else from afar?
Yeah these are great. I’ve had one for years now without issue and they’re accurate.
