I think a police truck lost control and ran over a dozen or so protestors somewhere in Beijing, killing many of them. Of course, this has since been exaggerated to an absurd degree.

Usually you start off with A-B-C-D and then add S when something much better than A comes around. For example, if these are academic grades, A-D might be given based on how many questions the student got correct, while S might be reserved for a perfect score, or for finding a better solution than the one the teacher had, etc.

Cheaper than actually fixing our world.
They’re not allowed to leave South Korea or do many types of jobs for a certain number of years. They get a little help from the government, but most rely on giving interviews to the media or public speaking to make ends meet. This suits the South Korean government, since saying positive things about North Korea is illegal, so these people can be starved into saying whatever they want.
