I am not sure why it would be full of anything; if it was full, i would wash it and empty it, and then it would be empty again. If it wasn’t full, I’d put some dirty towels at the top and run a load. Also why would I be dangerously low on towels all of a sudden? This is also how I approach dishes in the sink.
I have a feeling that the people who are very concerned about not blocking the resource (i.e., the sink) have to deal with more randomness in their routines, maybe because of sharing the resource with other housemates or family members, or having a more unpredictable schedule, and I can respect that.
Why though, if it isn’t necessary? It just adds unnecessary work.
If you had a washing machine in the same room as your dirty clothes, why wouldn’t you put them directly in the washing machine?
For me, the work the sink does is wash pots and pans and stuff, so putting them there seems logical (and then you wash them and put them in the drainer).
I can’t relate. After you wash and rinse the last thing, the sink is empty.

I had this enabled, but i never figured out you have to tap the app icon to bring up a menu… Nothing else that i can think of works like that in Android.
For me it’s the opposite. The dishes make the sink dirty, so you wash the dishes first, and at the end you wash the sink.
I feel like a crazy person. I thought it was normal to put dishes in the sink and then wash them when you have enough…

There’s a large list of things LLM are known to not be reliable for: searching anything beyond surface informations
This implies that it is reliable for “surface informations” which i disagree with, though a lot of people get sucked in that way

A lot of weird things in this comment, like implying that it is OK to use llms to search for surface information. That is just as biased as searching for more complicated info, and the tone of the llm response white-washes it all away.
